Ten principles to improve the likelihood of publication of a scientific manuscript.

OBJECTIVE The objective of this article is to discuss the reasons that manuscripts fail to be published and to establish some principles for increasing the likelihood of publication. CONCLUSION Many good manuscripts fail to be published because they violate a few simple rules for writing a superior journal article. This review presents 10 principles for increasing the likelihood of manuscript publication.
